Visit with ACU-RITE at IMTS Spark

Free online event is in full swing through March 15

This year’s IMTS event has moved to an exciting free online platform that not only includes exhibitor showrooms and opportunities to chat online directly with experts, but also view live and taped industry events. For those interested in ACU-RITE, this online platform – open now through March 15 – offers visitors a unique opportunity to easily review and engage on such within the IMTS Spark/HEIDENHAIN showroom,… all from a safe distance via the Internet.

Here, online visitors will find current information on the latest ACU-RITE DROs and controls, including the debut of the brand new TURNPWR for lathes. There are also “Chat” opportunities available with HEIDENHAIN’s ACU-RITE experts John Parker or Gisbert Ledvon.

On this IMTS Spark/HEIDENHAIN portal, there is also a “Special Offer” section offering free web-based operator training for two after purchasing any new ACU-RITE control, either TURNPWR or MILLPWRG2 through December 31. This offer also includes free offline software.

Fun fact from the IMTS TV Network

In the series of 15-minute videos called “Road Trippin’ with Steve,” Steven LaMarca (AMT’s Manufacturing Technology Analyst) tours some of the most transformative manufacturing technology facilities on the East Coast. In season one, episode one, he visits the American Precision Museum in Vermont. On display is an old Bridgeport knee mill (serial number 1) which includes a HEIDENHAIN ACU-RITE-brand control. It appears around the 8-minute mark. Enjoy!
